Crime Wave (Open World FPS) (GTA clone)
A downloadable open-world, FPS game for Windows
- Open world.
- First person (NEO FPS).
- Save system.
- Day/Night cycle.
- Fully voiced.
- Apartment for purchase (I consider this to be the main goal of the game).
- Civilian NPCs that drop cash.
- An arms dealer to purchase weapons. (Baton, Pistol, Shotgun, Sniper, Assault Rifle, and Grenade Launcher).
The activities below are conveyed through the pause map.
- Enter NPC homes to perform burglaries (Check the cabinets for cash!).
- Perform store robberies.
- Speak with the Hitman and do the sniping activity.
- Do drug deals all over town with multiple outcomes, the buyer can rob you, it can be a police ambush, and the police can even witness you dealing!
Lots of upcoming content! Including vehicles, music, and multiplayer!

Dudio, me again, i looked at Crime Wave again and want to point out some bugs and some suggestions
First of all, adding vehicles, doesnt have to be perfect but will need a decent animation.
Second of all, animations, the animations in this game are un-natural and i think if you get a decent motion capture kit you can pull this off. i was able to run, snipe and jump without any animation or weapon sway. this will help the game MASSIVELY.
Third of all, Portable game files. This is the achilles heel on this game and its awful. Instead of having the folder of the game binaries you have one single EXE file.
Fourth and final suggestion, Platforms. Add some linux, mac and Windows X32 support. It will benifit you in the long term.
One bug that was very irritating is that the hitman jobs, although working, would spawn the money at the person rather than the target or automatically adding, and when i go and carry out the job, it would despawn BEFORE i get to the money.

We are currently working on creating vehicles, or at least one vehicle, it will have good animations and sound effects.
Your suggestion for a motion capture kit is noted; we have indeed discussed this before as a future investment.
In response to your request about portable files, we designed the game with simplicity in mind, and did not expect players to want to modify or adjust it, but I understand your concern. We'll consider adjusting this in future updates.
Expanding to Linux and Mac is certainly a goal. While we have no experience in those platforms, we do plan to release Crime Wave on the Google Play Store and, hopefully, on Steam and other platforms.
In reference to the “bug” you mentioned at the end, the next update will address this, we are elongating all of the games money spawn time to about three to four times longer. This will include the Hitman Job payout.

That is a great idea! The VR gaming scene is certainly lacking in the open world crime genre.
After we finish up the next planned updates and do some more bug fixing, then we will absolutely consider this!
Can you add more elements to the robbery?
Are you referring to the store robberies? As of now, there is a chance they will contact police when robbed, and the stores close at night. That covers everything we had in mind for that specific activity, but we are eager to hear any ideas that you might have. :)
Dudio, I paid $1.20, why does the hitman job do nothing, and when i shoot a civilian nothing happens? also add cars

I am unsure why nothing is happening when you shoot civilians, it sounds like a bug I have not heard of or observed yet. I will investigate. Sorry for the confusion! and thank you for the support!
Bruh I got this game like 2 months ago and it was free and not good now its 5 dollars?! im hoping its better now
The beta version was free, the full game is and has always been one dollar, more content has been added since the beta and much more is to come. Sorry for any misunderstanding and thank you for the support!
